Deposit: We book parties on a first-come, first-served basis. Please use our convenient web form to submit a booking request for your party at least one month in advance. If the time slot is available, a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 per character is required to secure the date and time of your party.
Payment Terms: Once your booking is confirmed, you will be sent an invoice. You agree to send payment for the outstanding balance listed on the invoice no later than two days prior to the event.
Changes to date, time, location, or character: Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your scheduled event. We will do our best to accommodate the requested changes, but cannot guarantee any changes.
Cancellation: Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your party. If the cancellation is more than 2 full days prior to the event, you will be refunded all payments received minus the non-refundable deposit. If you choose to cancel your party less than two full days prior to the event, there will be no refund issued. Thank you for your understanding.
Performer Rights and Safety: The safety of our performers is of utmost importance. The performer reserves the right to leave the event if they feel they are in an unsafe, threatening, or harmful situation. Our administrative team diligently coordinates with our performers, maintaining awareness of their locations, and ensuring communication both prior to and following every event. No refunds will be issued for events cut short due to performer safety issues.
Limitation of Liability: The client agrees that Majestic Memories Princess Parties and its performers are not liable or responsible for any and all bodily injuries, illness, and/or property damages caused by the performer and/or their guests.
Party Activities: Our classic one hour event package is tailored to work best for 15 children or less. If there are more children, the character may need to alter her routine and potentially omit some activities to maintain time constraints.
Adult Supervision: Our characters are entertainers and performers at your party or event, they are not adult supervision or caregivers for children. The parents and/or guardians that the children are attending the party or event with are responsible for the supervision, safety and well-being of the children, and for handling any disruptive behaviour.
Weather Conditions: Outdoor parties are popular during the milder weather. For outdoor events, please have a shaded/covered area for the performer and a backup plan in case of rain or inclement weather, such as a covered area or indoor backup location.
If severe inclement weather (snow, ice, rain, wind, etc) causes a hazard for performers travelling to your event, we reserve the right to reschedule your event to a new mutually decided date.
